Is it possible that the Doctor steals Jo's sandwiches - AGAIN? Yes, Episode 4 begins with Trenchard making the mistake of not believing in the Master. Talk of Steven Moffat's obsession with Donald Sumter, facial hair, and more points about The Time Monster. What a pleasure it is to watch Classic Doctor Who on the virtual couch with Deb and Liz. If you don't appreciate these commentaries - you are missing the boat kids.
Sticks and balls man. Sticks and balls.
You must trust me a little bit longer.
Any comment on "groping" was made WELL PRIOR to Donald Trump's open mike gaffe.

As we begin Episode 3, we get a full recap of the sword fight (which can be defined several ways), and definitely speculated on what type of meat may be in the sandwich that the 3rd Doctor consumed. So once again, on our virtual couch Josh is enjoying his time with Deb and Liz and time is going pretty quickly. We did debate the current trend of mustaches as well as Jo Grant's amazing Emma Peel impression. Malcolm Hulke certainly knew how to write Jo - and we are all appreciating it! So don't wait, listen in...enjoy Doctor Who - The High Council!
If you stayed with us beyond Episode 1, you will be rewarded with more Liz and Deb who is far more interesting than Josh quite frankly. So it's a mermaid, she can't resist us! Or...is it a Sea Devil??!?? Is Clayton Hickman a character in Doctor Who? Is Chin and Trenchard the same character? Are we going to get sandwiches anytime soon? Is Trenchard interested in Jo? All these answers and so many more answered by our High Council team. Enjoy episode 2!

Whether you like flirting with swords, or flirting with sandwiches, please join High Council members Liz and Deb with Josh to enjoy 1972's own, Malcolm Hulke's The Sea Devils. Staying away from "pro-level trivia", Josh attempts to clap several times in this first episode.
So enjoy Deb and Liz - because I completely did. This is what watching classic Who is all about, if you don't like it, turn it off right away. For everyone else, ENJOY!

Yes, it has come to this. The episode where we kill Tom Baker. As Peter, Rob and Toby engage with Part 4, things are getting as tired as Tom Baker's face in S18. Enjoy the final episode of Tom Baker - as well as the final episode of these landmark The High Council Episodes.
